Outdoor Wedding Policy

Pensacola Country Club has two areas in which an outdoor wedding can be conducted:
- The event lawn adjacent to the clubhouse
- The grassy area by hole 18 near the large oak tree
Outdoor weddings may be conducted on the event lawn at any time, however, weddings may only be held near the large oak tree at sunset, as to not interfere with golf play.
PCC will be in charge and direct all set up for outdoor weddings and any design or set up plans must be submitted to the event coordinator at least 2 weeks prior to event date.
Weddings held by the large oak tree must not be overly ornate or require laborious set up, as this would interfere with golf play.
